Ready For You Close Up?

After researching a lot of the talent Milwaukee has to offer I noticed a lot of artist settle for mediocre to poor standards in areas such as design, photography, production, and mixing. The reason professionals are present in these particular area are because the market of media does not accept product not up the standards presentable to the masses. I noticed a few artist with mixtape cover work done with Microsoft word or copying and pasting random items, imagine if your mixtape was to get noticed by a record executive and they put it out "as is" how would you feel knowing thousands of listeners would have a cover quality of that level. There are was to be creative without the means i admit but without the hands on experience need to complete these creative designs it is impossible for "you" (as in the artists) to meet such industry standards. These designers are not asking for much either, just a meal maybe or even a short from wal-mart. The same goes for the production, if you as a artist do not have the means to have quality custom instrumentals made or make them yourself i suggest you use industry instrumentals to establish your self as a artist worthy of a listen before you create a listener opinion of negativity by using terrible beats and trying to add you best flow and think that it'll work out. Just some advice to artist present your best you wouldn't wear sweats to an interview so why try to compromise in a area that you plan to make your career. Think about it.
